Rules & Guidelines for Custom Bulk Orders

To ensure a seamless experience with your orders, please review the following rules and guidelines. These policies help us maintain quality and efficiency while meeting your expectations.

1. Design Submission Guidelines

File Requirements:

File Format: Submit your designs in PNG, PSD, AI, or PDF format.
Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI for best print quality.
Transparent Background: Ensure your design file includes a transparent background.

Design Limitations:

Size: Maximum design dimensions are 12” x 16”.
Colors: Unlimited colors are supported, but ensure your file reflects the final colors you want printed.
Copyright: We cannot print copyrighted designs without proof of ownership or permission.

2. Order Minimums & Bulk Discounts

Minimum Quantity:
- T-Shirt - (NO MINIMUM REQUIRED.)
- Koozies - (Minimum of 12)
Bulk Pricing Tiers: Discounts increase with higher quantities. Contact us for detailed pricing.
Combined Orders: You may combine different sizes, colors, or styles within the same design for a single bulk rate. Please be detailed in messaging in specifics of color and instructions.

3. T-Shirt Options

Choose from a wide variety of t-shirt styles, fabrics, and colors.
Availability of specific t-shirt brands or colors may vary based on stock.
If you would like a brand we don’t have we will find for you.

4. Proofing & Approval

Before production begins, you’ll receive a digital mockup of your design on the selected t-shirt style or Koozie.
Approval Required: An email will be sent with your digital mockup, once approved a invoice will be sent.
Any changes requested after approval may result in additional fees or delays.

5. Turnaround Times

Standard production time is 7-10 business days after mockup approval and payment is received.
Shipping times vary based on location and carrier services.

6. Payment Policy

Payment is due: Once mockup is approved you will receive an invoice. Payment is due at this time to begin production.

7. Returns & Refunds

Custom Orders Are Final: Due to the personalized nature of DTF printing, all sales are final.
Defects or Errors: If there are quality issues or production errors on our part, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll correct or replace the affected items.
