1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the custom nature of our DTF printed products, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong design, size, or color due to an error on our part, we will gladly replace it.

Note: All returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
