3. Custom Design Submissions

3.1. Ownership of Designs For Custom Orders

You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to all designs, logos, or images submitted to us. You agree to indemnify us against any claims or liabilities resulting from copyright or trademark violations.

3.2. Prohibited Content

We do not print designs that contain:

• Offensive, discriminatory, or hateful content.

5. Production and Shipping

5.1. Turnaround Time

Production times vary depending on order volume and complexity. Estimated production times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

We offer shipping. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

If your order is defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will either replace the item or issue a refund.
